4 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Delete Your Ex’s Number

While I have never actually been in a relationship, I’ve had more than a fair share of heartbreak. Unrequited love is all I’ve ever known, which makes this the perfect article for me to write. Perhaps better than anyone else, I understand exactly the kind of anger, resentment, sadness, desperation, and frustration that surges through your veins when a once treasured association meets an ugly end.

Your first instinct is, in the interest of self-preservation, to delete the number of the person who broke your heart. If you don’t, you just know that you’ll contact them in a moment of weakness. To spare yourself the pain, that number has to go. That’s just the way it has to be.

Well, not necessarily.

Below, I shall list the top four reasons that you should keep that number with you.
