I'd never heard of White guy food before. Like you, I'm not a particularly picky eater (anymore; there was time I hated green stuff), and don't hold especially strong opinions about food. But of the times I didn't like something, like you said, it depended on the situation what I did. If it's my mom, who's a phenomenal chef, I tell her. Nothing harsh, just a note that the dish contained too much salt, or was bland. But when we're out, I'm a clam. You couldn't pay me to criticize the food. I'll say something to my friends and family who're around, but nothing to the staff or cooks. I don't know why. It honestly doesn't bother me if the food's bad. The next meal will be better.
