Right. My bad. My comments weren't clear enough. Everything that doesn't involve harming somebody else should be legal. Child pornography is an unspeakable evil and a crime. There's no personal choice involved. But choosing to read banned books or choosing to do drugs... that's not hurting anybody except potentially the person reading or smoking. That's on them.
