That's actually exactly why I stopped reading the news daily. Reading about war and death always makes me sad.
It is a disability. I think Germany's the country where depression is a recognized comorbidity.
Not that you're completely helpless. Whatever is under your control, I'm sure you're doing it. But there are some things that won't be.
