Yeah, of course, up to a certain level. But you or I would probably consider having regular sex and faking love toward a professional rival's assistant in order to learn their secrets unacceptable. That's where the line is. Of course being different is good. But when it veers into dangerous or uncomfortable territory, like someone routinely threatening suicide to get what they want, that's when it becomes bad.
