You know, throughout this entire article, every time I wrote SAD I remembered I'd once written SAD before and added in brackets "how appropriate", and I kept thinking while writing this, how sadness be appropriate to anxiety? Thanks for finally settling this. As far as I know, both are written as SAD. It is confusing, but I suppose if both must be discussioned within the same article, writers should find an alternate acronym for one of them.

Also, so I'm not the only one who thinks anxiety is increasing the deeper we head into the 21st century?
